This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online spiritual coaching sessions offered by Divine4mind through www.divine4mind.com.

By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session and receive a full refund.

2.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

2.3 No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your session without cancelling,
→ no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

3.1 Rescheduling Window

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment at no additional cost.

3.2 Late Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the appointment
→ cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation (no refund).

4. Refund Method

If you cancel within the allowed time:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Wix Payments).

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

Divine4mind cannot influence processing times once the refund is issued.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from joining your session:

  • Contact us immediately at info@divine4mind.com.

  • We will arrange a free reschedule if the issue is reported promptly.

6. Coach-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where Divine4mind must cancel or reschedule a session:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible.

  • You may choose between:

    • A free rescheduled session, or

    • A full refund
